IT ALL STARTED WITH A FOOD TRUCK…
Initially started as a food truck focused on healthy nourishment, Yummi Yogis has spent the last 10 years bringing green cuisine to the areas and events that would otherwise be difficult to locate a healthy meal. YY Traveled to festivals and gatherings all throughout Alberta and British Columbia and gained a great deal of popularity.
It was at these events, Yummi Yogis began to see the need to make healthy food not only delish, but accessible too.
Now with a rebrand and in celebration of the 10th year of operation, Yummi Yogis' founder, Nikki Brulé, launches a detox that serves to enable individuals to cleanse their system, reset, and incorporate new habits.
Yummi Yogis shows us that nourishment can be delicious via a fail proof detox starring meals you look forward to eating!
Meet Nikki Brulé
As a mother to both her daughter, Sunny, and the Yummi Yogis food truck, Nikki has learned so much about the experience of being an adventurous entrepreneur, mother, yogi and a wellness advocate- all the while maintaining environmental and ethical morale.
Yummi Yogis food truck was not only a teacher, it was a vehicle for change! Nikki used the Yummi Yogis food truck to address our world. With it, she served hungry mouths all over western Canada. Often next to fellow food trucks donuts and french fries, Nikki kept it plant-based, organic, and intentional- creating long-standing relationships with local farmers and providers far before it was en vogue to do so.
Her friends and community know her as a happy-hearted purist, devoted to being in service to the greater good of humanity. Food is the way she knows how!
As a brand, Yummi Yogis has grown and transformed, just as Nikki, her family and community have. The transition of the business into a grander scale health food platform is an important shift toward enabling Nikki’s goal of educating humanity toward living a more vibrant life.
